Musical Background: Started playing at the age of 10 having lessons with Hadrian Walters. Have gained ABRSM Grades 1 to 5, all with Distinction!
Which Bands / Ensembles do you (have you) played with on a regular basis? Tewkesbury Town Band and Worcestershire Youth Brass Band.
What has been your most outstanding banding experience to date? Tour of Australia with the Worcestershire Youth Brass Band in 2008.
What is the best advice you have received? If at first you don't succeed, sky diving isn't the sport for you!
What are your favourite pieces of music that you have played? Bohemian Rhapsody
What are your favourite pieces of music to listen to (brass band)? The Bare Necessities
What are your favourite pieces of music to listen to (any genre)? Def Leppard - Waterloo Sunset, The Darkness - I believe in a thing called love, Dragonforce - Hero's of our time.
Who is your favourite performer and why? Rick Allen - Def Leppard drummer - Amazing drummer who lost one arm in a car accident and carried on playing just as well as or if not better than before.
What are your musical ambitions? Become a well known Tuba player / Bass Guitar player and one day make a living from my music.
